Dangerous driving by vehicle SC19 RYB on exiting roundabout.

The driver was not allowing driver in outside lane to come into position, s/he was crowding the carriageway dangerously, tailgating and forcing other vehicle into path of oncoming traffic. He was in a Shropshire HIghways white van with an appendage on roof and back for lifting people. 08h20 on 2nd November 2022
