"Not A Safety Critical Issue"

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3931332.

Highways England state that the debris/aggregates/plastics covering lane 1 of 3 on this busy trunk road island is currently not a safety critical issue ? Well it would be if a motorcyclist were to venture on it ! Compounded by the fact the line markings now no longer exist. JS

    The clearing of debris along this trunk road is the responsibility of the local authority. Contact details for local authorities can be found by using the search facility at: www.gov.uk/find-your-local-council.

    We're aware of the issues regarding the lack of road markings in this area and we're currently programming in the works to replace these.
