Traffic lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3929558.

Highways England confirmed these will not be fixed for another 12 weeks at least. Did you know traffic lights are in place to control traffic flow and nothing to do with driver safety….yep the words of the regional director and you wonder why there is carnage on our roads?
