There is a utility cover that rattles every time any vehicle goes over it, when the traffic is busy this can be every 10 seconds With continuous movement there is a possibility that it can be dislodged, potentially hazardous to all road users There was a previous report dated 2nd October, I did update this report but not certain if I added enough information, so reported again
