Manhole surround breaking up opposite 107 Upper Brighton Road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3921241.

This has been "repaired" several times by Southern Water who have no idea what they are doing. Please don't pass this repair to them again, get proper highway engineers. The manhole support must be reinforced concrete, not tarmac. The manhole is in imminent danger of collapse
