Road surface deteriorating & stop line no longer visible

The road surface seems to have a dip in it in the left lane just as you approach the traffic lights, and parts seem to have a crack appearing as well. The white stop line for the traffic lights is no longer visible across either of the two traffic lanes here as well, so drivers are stopping further forward using a line of tarmac from a previous repair as a guideline.
