Low lying branch across busy junction

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3916408.

A low lying branch is across the junction of the A338/A31 slip road by the checkpoint which means traffic coming from the A338 has to pull around it. Once all the leaves have fallen off it will be difficult to see
