The right hand lane goes all the way around
Reported via mobile in the Road markings (NH) category anonymously at 18:44, Tue 25 October 2022
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3914597.
Coming from the west, eastbound into the roundabout, the right hand lane goes all the way around and back on yourself, when busy cars will honk a lot and there is a high chance of collision if you attempt to turn right from the right lane. At the point where I put the pin, it seems natural to stay in the right lane, but what needs to happen is that we need lines forcing the right lane into the middle, allowing the new right to be an emerging lane, and the 2nd from right needs to be pushed into the left after the previous junction exit.

Most people don't realise that the middle lane predominantly goes straight-on from west to east, and then try to pull into the middle lane to turn right (south) from the middle lane. The camber and wearing of the road really do not help this either.

Constantly getting people in the middle lane on the roundabout (west to east), dangerously cutting up people in the right hand lane trying to join the m25 south, despite the middle lane being straight-on only. They don't just cut one lane but TWO, every single day.

Still a very dangerous junction, people turning right from the ahead-only middle lane, cutting people up accidentally.

This is still a nightmare, people constantly try to turn right from the middle lane, which is straight-on only, cutting up people in the right lane extremely dangerously.

STILL a daily problem on a busy motorway junction that could just be fixed with some dashed lines of paint.
