Between junctins 8 and 9 and other sections, the central drainage channel is full of debris and weeds, noticed when stationary couple of weeks ago when road closed.

Weeds and debris in central reserve drainage channel. Looks like it's completely blocked in places, with standing water on a dry day. Possibly no maintenance been carried out for a long time. Plenty of other debris on edge of road too.
