M6 Junction 31 North Exit Slip Sign Not Lit

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3906648.

N/S 40 MPH Terminal Sign has lights fitted but are not working during the hours of darkness. This is for traffic leaving the Motorway network and onto the A59 Brockholes Brow.

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways regarding a lighting outage on a 40mph at the end of the exit slip at M6 junction 31.

    National Highways is responsible for the exit slip up to the End of Motorway sign some metres prior to the sign you refer to. The speed limit sign is the responsibility of the local authority.
