Road sign westbound on slip Junction 11

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3905424.

This sign is saying 40mph as your coming onto the motorway, has been like that for some time, as the first matrix sign you come up to has the national speed limit sign in to even though there’s no issues
