Road Surface Pot hole due to Subsidence

Reported via desktop in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 10:59, Fri 21 October 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3904373.

Having reported this over a year ago was promised by the area maintenance team it would be properly repaired when the weather was better and a full repair could be done. Its now getting worse and its position on a bend meters from a roundabout make it a driving hazard for cars

Updates

  • This problem is caused by subsidence and needs to be repaired fully and not as has been in the past, just quick fixes. It is on a very busy road with heavy traffic and on very close to a busy roundabout.
