Traffic lights still not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3903595.

Traffic lights still not been fixed. Highways England have done nothing to improve safety. Report in Shropshire Star confirms still no date for lights to be fixed nothing but excuses. Fix the lights then sort out new designs to improve safety.
