Graffiti on road signage

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3902274.

When travelling South on the A19 on the left-hand side there are 2 grey blank signs. These are located just before the exit for Killingworth Way slip road. The signage states Covid Vaccination Population Death
