Closure of Lane

There has been a closure of one lane of a double-lane M4 Chiswick Flyover for more than a month. However there has been no clear indication of the purpose of the closure, how long it would resume open, nor any signs of "road works" being done on the affected area. The so-called road work has reduced half of the road capacity on the already stressed bottleneck towards the city. This is becoming a inconvenience if not a disruption to all the road users of the surrounding community Please let me know when it would get back to normal.
