Build-up of traffic blocking roundabout and dual carriageway due to diversion route

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3899839.

A63 being used as diversion route for road closure at Marfleet Avenue. Diversion takes people along A63 then right up Southcoates Lane. First month of works no issues but now traffic backing along A63 towards the deep and delays of 15 - 30 minutes due to diverted traffic blocking roundabout up. Needs to be looked at and address between National Highways and Hull City Council.
