Lack of signage/white lines

Reported via mobile in the Road markings (NH) category anonymously at 10:48, Wed 19 October 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3899566.

This is a slip road onto the A272 which many people think is a one way road. However it isn't and what white lines there were (and there weren't enough) are so worn as to be useless. There have been at least 3 minor accidents and dozens of near misses because of this confusion. Can you please get proper white lines painted here asap and possibly erect '2 way' signs both at the roundabout exit to the slip road and more importantly opposite the exit from the esso petrol station onto the slip road.
