Red traffic light signal not working

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 16:50, Tue 18 October 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3898312.

On the exit sliproad to A63, the right-hand side 'stack' of traffic lights, the red light does not work and hasn't for over a month.

I reported to East Riding Council who say it isn't their responsibility.
