Overhead M42 South Jct 4 Shirley 2/3 & 1/3 mile signs

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3889074.

Both signs are very dirty with lichen and moss, are hard to see at night due to the lichen stopping the light reflecting off the sign. These signs have not been cleaned in many years.
