M6 South Jct21a Lane 1 after junction entry slip - potholes.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3886793.

Lane 1 just after the final entry slip at J21a M6 South (where the entry slip from M62 West becomes Lane 1), a section here is covered in potholes, mainly along the white lines both on hard shoulder side and between lane 1 and 2.
