No giveway lines on A140 roundabout from A14 slip road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3885636.

As one leaves the eastbound A14 to go north onto the A140 there are no give way lines whatsoever on the roundabout or where the exit from Beacon Hill services joins this fast slip road. This is very dangerous indeed.
