M18 Roundabout Traffic Lights causing long delays on Bawtry Road

Over the last week, the traffic signal priorities or detection appears to have been changed, with the red light showing for long periods to traffic on Bawtry Road approaching M18 roundabout. This is causing extensive unnecessary backing up of traffic to Flash Lane crossroads and preventing traffic turning right from Morrisons from joining the carriageway.
