Traffic Lights A27 Eastbound Junction with Brighton Road, Lewes

The traffic lights once again are out of sync and only letting 15 seconds of traffic through before changing back to red for an excessively long time despite little or no opposing traffic on the roundabout. This morning there was a half mile queue just because of this phasing
