Partially fallen tree considered likely to fall fully across pavement and slip road

Reported via mobile in the Vegetation (grass/hedges/trees) (NH) category anonymously at 06:09, Mon 10 October 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3878711.

There is a tree with a 12" diameter trunk that has partially fallen across the pavement/cycleway and is resting on the boundary fence at 45 degrees to vertical. I believe that the tree has the potential to fall further, injuring any passing pedestrians, cyclists and/or smaller vehicles, blocking the footpath/cyclepath and obstructing about a third of the slipway.
