Footpath drains blocked

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3878704.

The acho drains on the footpaths and drop kerbs are blocked causing surface flooding.

  • The response from National Highways was that they only accept defect reports through this website. I am unsure what they class a blocked drain as, but apparently it is not a defect, and they would therefore need me to report it again. To say the message was unclear is an understatement.
