No road markings leading to near misses

There are no road markings on this section of the road between the traffic lights and M25 slip road. Whilst this is signposted with a temporary sign, many drivers are pulling out onto the roundabout in front of coming traffic as they cannot judge their direction. Traffic is also cutting across the front of others trying to leave the roundabout. I have experienced multiple near misses here when attempting to use the lanes correctly.
