Traffic light timing not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3874032.

This has been causing issues for the past 2 weeks, especially during rush hour. Often long delay for lights to turn to green. At worst, sometimes on red for around 2 minutes. When it changes to green sometimes only 8 cars getting through. This seems to vary. This is Bawtry Road junction to join M18 roundabout. Causing traffic queue all up Bawtry Road and past the Bramley crossroads and also affecting Moorhead Way junction trying to join here.
