Gantry sigs displaying incorrect speeds

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3872562.

"Smart" motorway was showing lane closed (as they were for the next 10 miles, despite the closure being a couple of miles prior to this), but the speed limits were showing 60/50/60/50 across the 4 lanes. I have dashcam footage to confirm this, taken at 17:26 on 04/10/22
