Draincover on pavement lying across pavement.

I've reported a drain cover standing upright on a pavement and the reply to my report stated a Highways officer inspected the site and found nothing?. Today I saw the drain cover flat upside down on the pavement with the large rectangular hole partially exposed. The drain cover is outside the Ego at Tumbledown Farm, Cannock, wS11 1RU. I can't find the report reference number.

We have raised this with our inspectors to be investigated at the first possible opportunity.
Our inspector will review this to determine whether remedial work is required to make the area safe.
