Traffic lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3865319.

Traffic lights at multiple points on very busy and major roundabout not working. Many drivers are taking risks and there have been a number of near misses witnessed. It is extremely dangerous and needs to be rectified immediately as a matter of urgency. If the lights cannot be immediately fixed then temporary lights should be placed in situ for those that are not working.
