Traffic lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3861274.

This is getting beyond a joke now. The pedestrian crossing has not worked properly for 12 months and now the lights are not working at all. It is absolutely terrifying crossing this road now, and the poor children who live on one side of the village are risking their lives.
