Dangerous traffic light error

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3858830.

Traffic light on A449 on the juction of crateford lane/gravelly way (wv107gw nearest postcode I could find) towards gailey/stafford. the light goes very very quickly from green,amber to red then straight away goes back red,amber to green. It is an accident waiting to happen as all the skid marks show on the approach to the junction. This has been happening for quite some time.
