Traffic light timings causing tailback into 70mph traffic

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3854778.

The traffic lights controlling the exit from A184 to travel south on A194 at J3 White Mare Pool roundabout were changed some time between 22 Aug and 5 September. The short duration of the green signal plus the long time between greens is creating a build up of traffic back onto the A184 into 70mph traffic. Please, for safety's sake, reinstate the signal timings to before 22 August

  • This issue has not been addressed, and is probably just as much of a hazard to traffic approaching the roundabout from west on A184. Please could you deal with this at your earliest opportunity.
