Street lights off

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3850708.

The lights at the roundabout keep going on and off at random times which leaves the road in darkness for a long time. This has been happening for the last 3 weeks and this means that the junction to the farm/houses is in complete darkness.
