Severe traffic congestion

Please could something be done to review the timings of the traffic lights on the large roundabout, approaching the M2 - junction 3. There is a significant increase in traffic on the roundabout since the closure of M2 junction 5 and it’s creating severe delays on the local roads approaching the roundabout / M2 and Bluebell Hill
