Traffic congestion

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3833463.

The lights are changing too quickly causing massive traffic congestion. It is particularly bad along the Cannock road and that is also causing dangerous queues to get off the the M6 on the slip road. Very dangerous.
