Noisy manhole cover whenever a vehicle drives over it outside number 15 Weir Close Hoyland Barnsley S74

Manhole cover for utilities ( not sure which) makes awful noise when a vehicle drives over it. Bedrooms are on front of homes overlooking and noise is causing sleep disruption.
