Urgent signage needed

Urgent action required at slip road London bound M2 Junction 4. Since the closure of Junction 5 coast bound, A249 traffic bound for Faversham/Canterbury are making their way down to Junction 4 and turning round by crossing the bridge and joining the coast bound carriageway, which is perfectly reasonable except they are forming up on the right-hand side of the slip road; not using both lanes which is causing traffic to back-up onto the carriageway of the motorway. Will result in collisions and fatalities as per fatality on the M3 at Fleet. Urgent need for signage on the road and clear signs urging motorist to use both lanes of the slip road.
