Lights out is stench and changing too quickly

For past 2 weeks lights at jct 11 island out of synch causing massive delays and queues on A460 both sides of island. Giving way too much time for exit off M6 southbound and northbound and only a few seconds for traffic on island. At times no traffic moves when lights turn green as next set are still on red and traffic stationary so nowhere to move. Traffic queuing from M54 island up to M6 island. Traffic is now cutting through Shareshill village to use back lane which has become seriously dangerous due to quantity of traffic and speed (including large vehicles on very narrow sections of lane). Traffic moved far better before lights were introduced. Not needed for most of day and barely at all over weekends.
