The northernmost pillar for the motorway bridge at J21 has broken off concrete towards ground level, visible from the northbound lane, with exposed reinforcement steel.

The bridges of the interchange were inspected by National on the 25 August 2022 and the spalling concrete was removed by our inspection team.
The full findings of the inspection will be used to determine the priority of a repair scheme.
