Dangerous exit

Hello,

There has been a diversion put in place on the M2 London bound exit to Gillingham. So a higher volume of cars are using this exit. Queues are backing up on the motorway and people are having to use the hard shoulder to avoid stationary traffic on the motorway.

This morning I felt extremely vulnerable in my tiny car as cars, vans and lorries speed past close to me. If you ever break down on the motorway you are advised to exit the vehicle. This feels like an accident waiting to happen. Please could a speed limit be implemented in busy times, or both lanes to be utilised!!
