There is no 31st September, never has been. Please change

Road markings between Junction 11 and Junction 12 (Frodsham/ Runcorn) has multiple lines which looks as though the traffic in the right should move to the left. This is a serious maintenance matter which is definitely increasing the risk of a serious accident especially with the sun being low in the sky (15.00). We witnessed a car towing a caravan and a HGV driving on the hard shoulder not realising they should have been in the first lane as the hard shoulder was nearing to the end and that is because the road markings had been misinterpreted. A car also nearly hit us because there are far too many road markings from previous works which have not been covered properly.
