Overgrown vegetation

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3822108.

I work for Hampshire CC Countryside and have received a report explaining fallen an overhanging trees blocking the path, i contacted Southampton City Council, but its not their land, they said its Highways England, i have photos if required please email me at Lisa.Graves@hants.gov.uk
