Lorry in closed lay-by

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3820891.

There’s a lorry parked in a2 Dover Rd lay-by London bound it as moved the cones from the side of the motorway and parked in a closed lay-by and been there with curtains closed all day it is not allowed to be parked there as it’s blocking the entrance for the road workers
