You failure to safety is second to none, over six hours stuck in traffic and no one to sort it out.

I understand e work being completed on M6 Jct 33 to 32 is essential however could this not be completed over night for an extended period of time? Causing such long delays during busy weekend periods is unacceptable especially as the weather is still warm. No controls in place allowing vehicles onto the motorway even though it was closed is unacceptable! And this is going to be repeated for the next 3 weeks! Please National Highways, reconsider your plans and carry out the works over night for the next several weeks instead!

Spent 8hrs to travel 6 miles yesterday Sat 10th from jct 34 to jct 33. Absolute shambles Today Sun 11th traffic backed up again all the way from 33 to 34. Same chaos. You are putting peoples lives at risk. Whilst I understand works need to be carried out you need an alternative route that works. The current plan simply has not worked the last 2 days. You need to rethink the further closures currently planned and come up with an alternative solution. My contact details dexrose66@outlook.com if you would like further feedback.
