Horrible littering in laybys

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3815864.

There is copious amounts of litter in the laybys down the A1 around Stamford which seems to be worse here than average, compared to other areas. There is a significant amount of rubbish thrown from vehicles on the banks of the road as well. This is an awful eyesore and a hazard to wildlife and the environment. It likely needs a massive clear up operation to get on top of it.
