Gantry sign and speed restriction

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3813265.

The gantry sign travelling from Portsmouth onto junction 12 of the M27 had been showing a "que ahead" and 30 mph speed limit for three days, and the next gantry system is all blank. This must be a fault, there are no ques.
