Electronic Billboard dangerously bright

Reported via desktop in the Structures (eg bridges, fencing, noise barriers) (NH) category anonymously at 07:51, Thu 8 September 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3810962.

There are two electronic billboards as you travel southbound. The brightness is incredibly high and during evening and night travel it is a major distraction both as you approach and as you pass and suddenly change your vison to darkness again, taking time for youre eyes to adjust. The issue has been present since the billboards have been erected. The solution would be to ensure the billboards brightness levels dim as the ambient light levels drops (such as a modern smartphone)
