Traffic lights out of sync

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3809466.

There were big queues here this morning as the traffic lights as you come off the M5 were out of sync with the lights in front of it as you go round the roundabout. This meant only a couple of cars could get through the lights when they turned green.
