Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3801824.

Causing road lights to change to red to allow non existent pedestrians to cross. Causing delays to motorists.

This problem is happening again right now causing traffic congestion. This is the 4th time I’ve noticed this happening in the last few months so it needs solving
